PRODUCT DETAILS
INCA FLEXCOAT – 401 is a 1 component, acrylic fl exible waterproofi ng Liquid which, when mixed with cement and water at given ratio, cures to form a tough coating with excellent water resistance, high flexibility and low vapor permeability properties.
TYPICAL USES
- Tiled floors in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Foundations and basement structures, swimming pools, balconies and roof terraces.
- Potable water tanks and reservoirs, sewage tanks, inspection pits and tunnels.
- Waterproofing old and new building walls.
MIXING
Mix ratio: INCA Flexcoat Liquid / Cement - 1.00 : 1.50 to 2.00 by weight.
- Empty the liquid content into a mixing pail and add water. start mixing with a slow speed heavy duty mixer.
- Slowly add Cement to the pail whilst mixing, and continue mixing for 3 minutes to get a lumps free consistency.
